Unicode in YAML keys

Case files with accented keys failed to parse on Windows runners. They now load the same everywhere.

YAML parser updated to the 1.2 core schema

Thanks to the two teams who sent failing files. Both are now part of our own test suite.

Run npm i @tessel/sdk@2.1.4 or pip install -U tessel. No config changes needed.
